We approached Paul as we knew he had an excellent reputation for log burners. From calling into his shop to the installation being completed was only around 6 weeks, exactly as Paul had said. The job itself again progressed exactly as Paul had described, so if you want someone to do what they say they will do, I would recommend Paul's services unreservedly. As for the product and the installation, Paul's experience is quite obvious. He helped us choose the correct log burner for the space, which was actually less expensive than other options we had considered, and then helped us with the overall look. Paul advised what would work with the colour scheme, the style of the log burner and the size of the room. Again, not only did this offer a cheaper option, but has resulted in a great look that would have been less impressive had we gone with our own choice. Paul's colleagues were efficient, friendly, and as tidy as could be expected for what is obviously a messy job. They left us with certification, receipts and advice about how to use the burner for the first week or so. Again, their experience was obvious. In summary we really couldn't have asked for any more and are delighted with what we've got. Paul hsa already picked up another job for a friend of ours who has seen his work, which speaks volumes.
